    Footwear is even harder because different brands cut shoes very differently. If anyone has long term experience with certain online shops, I am always curious to read it. A simple pair of glasses or a basic jacket that always works is worth a lot. Sometimes customer service can fix a bad experience, but not always. Even big and famous brands sometimes send generic replies that are not very helpful. Having a tracking number that works on common sites is very convenient.
